Part Time Implementation Manager

Starting with 16 hours a week (4 days, 4 hours) and may increase to 20 hours/week.

Compensation: $12/hr.

We are a small telecom expense management firm located in Sea Girt, NJ. We believe in results driven success and are looking for someone who is willing to pitch in and get the job done!

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Reaching out to newly signed clients and organizing information required for analysis.
Coordinating the implementation of all accepted recommendations.
Writing out orders for new service, moving service, changing rates.
Staying in constant contact with customer during implementation phase.
Calling existing providers to change or cancel services.
Following up with providers to make sure changes have taken place.
Review first bills after changes to make sure they are correct.
Assist existing customers with service issues (opening repair tickets).
Assist the office staff with answering phones.

A background in telecom is preferred but not a requirement. Must be a fast learner, good problem solver, have an excellent phone demeanor and be highly organized. College students welcome to apply, we are flexible with hours. You may email resume to support@waycomm.com
